With over 20 years of experience in the Health & Fitness industry,
Owner and Certified Personal Trainer Sheri Saperstein brings extensive knowledge,
experience and all-out excitement to Fire Up Fitness studio!
Working with a diverse range of clientele including women, men, pre/post natal moms,
kids, teens, young adults, Gen-X, baby boomers and the population aged 65+,
Fire Up Fitness brings a wealth of understanding to every client’s needs, objectives and goals.
Every workout is customized to each individual,
allowing all clients to reach their fullest potential and ALWAYS Achieve their Goals!
Sheri Saperstein (in her 40s!)
An avid fitness enthusiast, former lightweight bodybuilding champion,
national competitor, and mom, Sheri brings a unique
and authentic approach to exercise.
Sheri combines elements of
strength training, cardio, functional training, endurance, flexibility,
balance and high-intensity intervals to develop a
personalized plan for every client to reach his/her own goals.
As a busy mom, Sheri understands the challenges that
incorporating fitness into a hectic lifestyle brings.
She aims to make mind-body-balance her fitness philosophy,
instilling excitement, energy, nutrition and
non-stop motivation to each training session!
